Three age-group rooms, for children 6 months to 5 years, at both centres — each warm in winter and cool in summer.

A home-like room built on respect. Their programme draws on Pikler and RIE, the schema concept, and Te Whāriki.
Room 2 of 3
Toddler

- 1 adult to 5 children
Interest-based activities, guided by Te Whāriki.
Room 3 of 3
Preschool
- Ages
- 3½ to 5 years
- Adult to child ratio
- 1 adult to 7–8 children
Play-based learning with a focus on the transition to school, guided by Te Whāriki.
