The enquiry form
What we ask
We ask for your name, your email, which centre suits you, roughly when you would like to start, and how you heard about us.
Everything else is up to you: your phone number, the days you would like, anything you want to tell us, your child’s first name and date of birth, or that your child is not born yet. We use your child’s details only to work out which room to talk to you about.
Who receives it
The form sends your answers by email to the centre’s own enrolment mailbox, where the people who look after enrolments read them so they can reply to you and arrange a visit. The website keeps no copy and does not store your answers anywhere else.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your enquiry. If your child joins us, we collect what enrolment needs at that point, with you.
Seeing and correcting what we hold
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see what we hold about you or your child (information privacy principle 6), and ask us to correct it (principle 7). Write to or ring either centre.
